Review of St Peter's PSS - Bereavement Services written by a family member
22nd March 2015

The care given to my wife Bernadette during her last hours was brilliant. The support given to me by your bereavement service was wonderful whilst coping with my loss has been far from easy. The kindness and compassion shown to me and my daughter was truly amazing. God bless you all

Treated very well. Feel involved in decisions but still made by staff. Sometimes staff do something but without telling you what and why.

Can't fault the care - all okay and fine. Can't think of anything to be improved - really it is perfect.

I was surprised that there was so much care. So much effort is pit into everything. Very helpful and warming when feeling so vulnerable. Care all round has been marvellous. Can't think of anything that could be improved.

The support was there when I needed it most. I don't think I could have got through this time without it. The volunteer I spoke to was kind, compassionate, thoughtful and knowledgeable of my situation. I don't think anything needs to be improved. The service was fantastic.

My husband (John) has received the most care and compassion we could hope for we were given advice we didn't know about. they check on him every week as he is still at home and has provided help with his needs. Cannot thank you enough. Best wishes.

You are treated as an individual not as number, I don't think any need for improvement needed it, why change what doesn't need changing.
